Here’s a look at the varieties we grow. Quantities and availability will vary by season. Stay up to date on what we’re offering each week at our online store or on Facebook.
Mountain Merit slicing tomatoes
This early season beefsteak tomato often grows to 1/2 pound. Equal parts meat and juice, it adds a slice of summer to any sandwich or dish.

Little Napoli Roma tomatoes
These small and mighty Roma tomatoes ripened earlier than any of our varieties last year and held on until late summer. Ready to make the perfect sauce?

Capitano yellow Romano beans
This smooth-textured, stringless flat bean cooks up like any green bean. I call it a cousin to the Italian green bean, and it’s a personal favorite.

Heat Tolerant romaine mix
Reaching maturity in a little over a month, this lettuce mix maintains its crispness even in hot weather. The red and speckled heads are more tender than the green heads, which are thick and crispy.

Smooth Criminal straight-neck yellow squash
Deserving of its name, this squash has tender skin and buttery flesh.

Emerald Delight zucchini
Another prolific plant, these zucchini will double in size seemingly overnight. Delicious at any size, the small ones are tender and great for any dish, while the big ones do well as zucchini spears or in zucchini bread.

Jambalaya okra
One of the South’s favorite vegetables, this variety produces a five-ridged pod. Like our zucchini, they get huge overnight!

La Bomba jalapeño peppers
One customer said these peppers will get you up and moving! If you like to add some spice to your meal, this pepper is for you!

Wonder Bell peppers
Size depends on the season. Our goal is to grow each pepper to 1/3 pound, but some seasons they end up being “baby bells.” Still delicious in salads or on sandwiches!

Radishes
The seed for this beautiful array of radishes came from our local feed store, Arnall Grocery. Crisp and peppery, they’re sure to spice up your salad.

Napoli carrots
This carrot is a Nantes type and grows 7-8 inches long. Great for salads, stews, or snacking.

Mountain Magic tomatoes
These little tomatoes are like a large cherry, producing until first frost. They are low acid and high sugar, great for fresh eating or dehydrating.
